Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, the islands — Thailand built around your pace and interests.

From $999 per person

Thailand is one of the world's most visited countries for good reason. It combines extraordinary temples, a vibrant food culture, beautiful beaches, lush mountains and a warmth of welcome that is genuinely distinctive — all at a price point that makes luxury more accessible than almost anywhere else.

Bangkok — The Starting Point

Almost every Thailand itinerary begins in Bangkok. The city is louder, more chaotic and more alive than anywhere else in Southeast Asia. The Grand Palace, Wat Pho and the floating markets are genuinely spectacular. The street food is among the world's finest. The rooftop bars are world-class. And it's an extraordinary gateway to the rest of the country.

Chiang Mai & the North

Chiang Mai is Thailand's cultural heart — a walled city surrounded by mountain jungle, home to over 300 Buddhist temples, excellent cooking schools and some of the best ethical elephant sanctuaries in Asia. The north's cooler climate makes it a welcome contrast to the humidity of the south.

The Islands

Thailand's Gulf and Andaman coasts are lined with islands of varying character. Koh Samui is established and resort-oriented. Koh Tao is legendary for diving. The Similan Islands offer some of the finest snorkelling in Asia. Koh Lanta and Koh Yao Noi are quieter and increasingly sought after.

Best Time to Visit Thailand

November to February is ideal for most of Thailand — cool, dry and clear. March to May is hot. June to October is the wet season, though the east coast (Koh Samui) has its best weather when the Andaman coast is wet. We advise on timing based on which parts of Thailand you want to visit.
