City breaks, luxury hotels and Seine river cruises — tailored to how you want to experience the French capital.
Paris remains one of the world's great travel destinations — a city of world-class museums, extraordinary food, timeless architecture and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, a well-planned Paris trip delivers something new every time.
Paris is home to more Michelin-starred restaurants than any other city on earth, the world's most visited art museum, and some of the finest luxury hotels anywhere. It's also a city that rewards slow travel — the kind that involves long lunches, aimless walks through Marais backstreets and an afternoon spent watching the city from a café terrace.
Spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November) offer the best combination of mild weather, manageable crowds and vibrant cultural life. July and August are the peak tourist months — busy and hot. December brings the Christmas markets and a magical atmosphere around the Champs-Élysées.
We book hotels across all arrondissements, but for first-time visitors we tend to recommend the 1st, 4th, 6th and 7th — each within walking distance of the major sights. For luxury, we work with properties like Le Bristol, Hotel Lutetia and The Peninsula. For boutique charm, the Marais and Saint-Germain have outstanding smaller hotels.
Beyond the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, Paris rewards deeper exploration — a day trip to the Palace of Versailles, a food tour through Montmartre, an evening river cruise on the Seine, or an afternoon at the Musée d'Orsay. We build itineraries around what you actually want, not generic tourist routes.
We recommend a minimum of 4 nights to see the major sights at a comfortable pace. 6–7 nights allows for day trips to Versailles, Champagne or the Loire Valley châteaux.
English is widely spoken in Paris, particularly in hotels, restaurants and tourist areas. That said, a few words of French are always appreciated.
Paris is a very safe city for tourists. Like any major capital, normal precautions apply — keep an eye on your belongings in crowded areas like the Metro and popular tourist sites.
