Most travel agencies sell packages that were designed months ago for an imagined average customer. We do the opposite. Every itinerary we create starts with a conversation about you — your travel style, your interests, your non-negotiables, your budget. From that conversation, we build a holiday.
The process starts with a phone call. We ask the questions that matter: do you want to move fast or slow? Do you prefer cities or nature? Do you have mobility considerations? Are there specific experiences you've always wanted to have? Do you have a hard budget or a soft one? From those answers, we draft an itinerary and we keep refining it until you're happy.
Our packages typically include international flights, all transfers, hotel accommodation, pre-booked activities and experiences, and a detailed travel document pack with everything you need. We can include travel insurance, travel money services and pre-departure briefings for complex destinations.
We book packages from a 3-night city break to a 6-week round-the-world journey. Single-destination packages, multi-country itineraries, family holidays, solo travel, groups, honeymoons — all of these are a regular part of what we do.
Find the equivalent package cheaper elsewhere and we'll match the price. If your holiday doesn't meet what we promised, we'll work to make it right — during your trip and after your return.
Our packages range from under $1,000pp for short city breaks to $10,000+pp for extended luxury itineraries. We always work within your stated budget.
We charge a service fee of $25–$250 depending on the complexity of the itinerary. This is fully refundable at any time, no questions asked.
For most destinations, we can have a draft itinerary to you within 24–48 hours of our initial call. Complex multi-destination itineraries may take slightly longer.
