By making a booking with Northcrest Travels you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, governed by the laws of India.
All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation. A deposit is required at booking to secure your arrangements. The balance is due no later than ten weeks before departure.
Prices are quoted in the currency agreed at booking. We reserve the right to pass on unavoidable cost increases from currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government levies or airline charges prior to full payment.
You are responsible for ensuring all party members hold valid travel documents including passports, visas and required vaccinations. Northcrest Travels accepts no liability for failure to hold adequate documentation.
Amendment requests must be submitted in writing to support@northcresttravels.online. An administration fee may apply in addition to any supplier charges.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges apply as set out in our Refund Policy. Some products including promotional airfares may be non-refundable from point of booking.
Northcrest Travels acts as agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines and ground operators. Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable Indian law and individual supplier terms.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
The following charges apply from the date written cancellation is received:
Promotional airfares, non-refundable hotel rates and some cruise bookings are non-refundable from point of booking. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation being confirmed in writing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with your booking reference to support@northcresttravels.online.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies and travel disruptions.
We collect information you provide when making a booking or enquiry: name, contact details, passport data, payment information and travel preferences.
Your information is used solely to arrange and manage your travel and communicate about your booking. We may occasionally send relevant travel ideas — you may opt out at any time by emailing us.
We share your data only with suppliers required to fulfil your booking — airlines, hotels, ground operators and cruise lines. We do not sell your information to any third party, ever.
All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store card details on our systems.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Email support@northcresttravels.online to exercise these rights.
